Community Feedback Needed on Highway 61 Concept Designs

Opportunity for Feedback

After two public meetings and over 100 comments from community members, first concept designs for Highway 61 through Grand Marais were presented to a group of over 60 interested community members on Oct. 28th. At the meeting, folks gathered to view the 12 foot long drawings and shared comments, questions, and conversation. If you didn’t make the meeting, or have additional comments after viewing the designs, the City of Grand Marais welcomes feedback through November 20th at www.becausemovingmatters.org/highway61. The final public design meeting will be held in January, so now is the time to comment!  Your input will help shape the future of Highway 61 and our community.
